The Samsung refrigerator is both beautiful and amazing. It makes your kitchen stand out and makes you want to purchase other Samsung appliances to match. The beverage center is so convenient and well thought out! Having a pitcher with cold water, that has been filtered and also having 2 different types of ice is genius. You can put your favorite drinks on the side of the beverage center and pop open the door and grab your can of soda, that easy! I would tell anyone just go buy it, you won't regret it! The family hub is a great tool to help plan meals, see your favorite recipes and keep your fridge organized. It is so amazing to be at the store and just take a look on the app to see any items you may be out of or running low so you don't have to make another trip. It also keeps the temperature cold well and keeps your fruits and vegetables fresh longer. It is crazy that a fridge would want to make you cook more, but it truly does, having recipes at your fingertips opens up possibilities. You can also control the different zones, if you wanted more fridge space you can use the bottom right side as well. The water filter helps the taste of the water fresh and even alerts you when it needs to be changed, and all you have to do is order it right from your fridge. Having both Bixby and Alexa voice assistants allows you to use your voice to search for things without having to use hands that may be dirty. I have had 3 friends go purchase this fridge just by seeing mine in my home.

This fridge is amazing. The looks just set it apart from any other. The Family Hub is such a useful addition. You can get recipes by just using your voice, connect calendar to keep track of your family and even listen to music. It keeps everything so cold and fresh and love the beverage center but I do wish there was ice/water from outside but the simple door to open to access is also great. I know I've recommended this to everyone.

I absolutely love this fridge. There are so many features it is really hard to choose my favorite. The main feature we use is you have 2 types of ice, but also a water pitcher that refills. I love that I can add lemons to it so I have cold lemon water ready at all times. Another feature I love is that I can see in my fridge when I'm away. This is great for that do I need milk moment. You can also look up recipes, make a shopping list, leave notes for others. and so much more. We have several ring cameras and we can check them on the fridge, watch what's on the living room tv, or listen to music. The bottom right can be a fridge or a freezer and this is really nice for when you are hosting events. I would highly recommend this fridge.

Can a Refrigerator be Fun?

Yes, this refrigerator is actually FUN! It is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. We were worried that we would not like the smaller counter depth, but it means that all the food is easily viewed and reached. Food in the back of a deeper refrigerator gets "lost." The beverage center is inside the refrigerator, and we didn't think we were going to like that when we first got it, but now we do. The ice maker has custom sizes and the beverage center is easily accessible. We never thought much about temperature control on our refrigerator until we got this one, and it's easy to do. We actually lowered the temperature in ours while on vacation in Europe from our phone...so cool. The fun? The beautiful control panel is more than functional. We keep the news and weather on the door. We use the white board the same as any, but because it's on the refrigerator door, everybody sees it! It has all the features and apps of any interactive device (Alexa, etc), but our grandchildren love to draw on the whiteboard. It's their favorite "toy" in our house. We have used the internal camera to see if we forgot something while we are at the grocery, but mostly just to have fun demonstrating how we can see in our fridge from anywhere. We don't need the wine storage; but the idea that you can make one of the lower compartments either a freezer or wine cooler would be great for those who would use it. Another cool feature we don't use is to sync the door with your Samsung TV. We already have a TV in the kitchen so don't use this. Before we had this, I would not think of being that interactive with a refrigerator. We have other smart appliances, but we have not "bonded" with them like we have with our refrigerator. We really enjoy all the smart features of this appliance. More functionally, it is really a well built piece of equipment. It is well engineered and solid. It takes a little push to close the doors, but if you miss, it will let you know shortly (and sends a notification text to your phone. It is very well organized and well lit. I don't think I've ever actually recommended a kitchen appliance to friends before, but I do this one all the time.

Our last Samsung gave us 13 great years, before shutting down. My wife wanted to try a 4 door fridge, and this one did not disappoint. The features inside and out are state of the art and make going to the fridge an enjoyable experience. The LED screen with rotating photos, recipe ideas and accurate weather is something I never thought I wanted in a fridge. The best part, is answering the Ring doorbell from the fridge. Nice touch!

Fantastic refrigerator

I just upgraded my refrigerator for this family hub. The whole family LOVES our new refrigerator from the beverage center to the display. I love to use the meal planner app so the family can see what we will be having everyday. We have used apps such as pandora. The speaker on the actual fridge is not the greatest. The sound is not clear and crisp but still very cool you have a speaker in the fridge. It is not finger print resistant and with black stainless steel it sticks out like a sore thumb. I love the different flex zones. I thought I would be losing space but the design and cubbies actually help you store a lot just in different ways. I love in the beverage center I can display different drinks as well instead of taking up space in the actual refrigerator. We are loving the dual ice maker and pull out tray. The day we received the fridge we had to use the quick chill and freeze button to quickly get the temp down to level. The same day we also were able to test out the door alarm. Its nice it also sends a notification on your phone if the refrigerator is open. The nice and bright LED light is really great to see everything.

I replaced an LG fridge that went out. This fridge is super convenient and has lots of storage space. We love the beverage center and all the smart features. It's super convenient to be able to set timers using Bixby or Alexa while cooking. We love having the Amazon Dash buttons on the screen to quickly and easily reorder common items from Amazon.

Bought this fridge during a Labor Day sale and I got $1500 off the retail price. So I definitely couldn't pass it up. The black stainless finish looks luxurious. The dual ice maker is awesome and convenient for making alcoholic drinks or chilling your favorite beverage. The Smart screen is awesome with all its app features. The only thing is the space is limited for the price but it's because I purchased the 23 cu in depth size due to my island getting in the way of opening if I were to get the 28 cu in. But that's more of a layout problem on my end. Besides that, I've been happy with my purchase for the last 2 months.

I was very excited and eager to get this fridge for all the organization components it offered, especially the flex draw option. However, in looking at all the reviews, I was a bit scared that it may break down on me, especially regarding the ice/water feature that many complaint about. However, so far so great! Kids and husband love it. It has only been 10 days or so, so fingers crossed it will stay perfect like this for a long time. Some things my family love: We love the 2 ice features. We love the water pitcher that is filled automatically. We love the 2 ways you can open the upper left side of the fridge (one opens to a beverage center, the other opens to the fridge itself). We love the flex draw and the option to choose how we want to use that part of the fridge, depending on our stored items. and lastly, my kids love the family hub component. They leave cute little messages on the fridge screen. and we love the metal backing inside the fridge. It is much better quality and is supposed to keep things fresh for longer. So new, it is hard to find any issues at all. The only thing I can think of is that the inside of the upper fridge could have had better organization. the shelves and the placement feel a bit odd. In summary, I was about to get a Subzero refrigerator but most were out of stock. I ended up getting this for all the features but hesitated that it would break down soon because of all the bad reviews. However, when this fridge came home, my husband loved it and said, "maybe you did not get your Bentley, but you got us a Tesla honey :) " If my husband is happy, I am happy.

Love our new 23 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with Family Hub and Beverage Center in Black Stainless Steel. One of the best features will have to be Beverage Center, its option for a pitcher with filtered water inside the fridge. We had an older fridge which had an option for filtered water as well but you had to hold a pitcher while filling in with water, having a pitcher inside already with water, makes it much easier and faster. Another great option is a dual ice maker, which comes with two ways to make cubes. This feature is great for summer when you can never get enough ice. Another great feature is FlexZone, you can split the freezer and pick which will freeze and which will cool. With triple cooling and UV filter, your food will always be fresh and bacteria-free. In all this Samsung refrigerator comes with a modest design that will fit any new kitchen with ease and the family hub will make it futuristic addition to making your house a smart hub. Would highly recommend it due to features that make the average person's life much easier and better.

I purchased this refrigerator a few weeks ago after our LG one died. So far, we love it. It's nice to have all the smart features on this fridge. We are able to set timers, play music, control our range and more. It's also nice to have a place to leave notes or reminders on the screen before we head out. It has Alexa built in and we've already been able to take advantage of the reorder feature on the screen as we get low on items. We're really happy with this fridge so far!

The smart Samsung fridge wowed me with all the bells and whistles. From playing music to viewing pictures to getting recipes to ordering food. It got it all. You don't know what want until you got this. It's a jack-of- all trade fridge. It's sleek-looking and well-built fridge. I like that black stainless steel with finger print resistant. The fridge has three main storage compartments that can be further modified. The top compartment is the normal refrigerator. The bottom two compartments are freezer. However, the bottom right can be changed to a refrigerator if I want. This is done by accessing the built-in app and modifying the temperature. It also comes with the built-in camera and is so useful when grocery shopping albeit, a bit difficult to see everything when it's fully stocked. But convenient nevertheless. A normal fridge has one water dispenser. However, this is not an ordinary fridge. It has a dispenser and a built-in water pitcher that refills water automatically which I absolutely love. Access to chilled water is instantaneous. Amazing. In addition, this fridge makes two types of ice - regular ice cubes and "ice bites" (smaller ice cubes). They go into two separate trays and come with the scoop. This is genius. No more dirty hands sticking in the ice trays which keep things sanitary. Since it's a smart fridge, it can be controlled via SmartThings app. Nice way to integrate into Samsung eco. Almost anything can be viewed or controlled via the app. It tracks many statistics like how many times the fridge is open throughout the days. It sends alerts when the fridge is open too long. It can tell how much energy used (monetary wise). Furthermore, the built-in touch screen has many apps and features to make my life easier. I find it responsive and sensitive. Wanna listen to music? Check. Wanna order food online. Check. Wanna see who's at the door? Check. There are so many things to explore and I'm barely scratching the surface. This fridge has more than met my expectations. It enhances and makes my life easier in ways I never thought possible. I would definitely recommend this fridge.

This fridge has many features that any person would love (wife loves everything). It a has a Beverage center that has a separate door from the main 2 doors, so you aren't opening it and losing air and energy. The beverage center has an auto fill water pitcher, which the wife uses to infuse the water with fruit. Also, the bottom left door is a freezer with 2 different types of ice maker (nuggets and cube). Wife loves that we have nuggets for things that need to cool fast, or for small mouth water bottles). The only downside is that it is a little low and that you have to pull out the drawer to get ice. However, not too bad an inconvenience since you get 2 different types of ice. The bottom right door is a flex fridge, which we utilize as extra freezer space. Since the beverage center only takes up a portion of the door, and that the ice makers is in the freezer, the top Fridge portion has a lot more space than other Counter Depth Fridges. The most unique and interesting feature is the Smart Hub. Even though there aren't any physical buttons on the fridge for changing options, it makes the fridge look very clean, as all the options of the fridge are built in to the smart hub. The "view inside" camera feature is great way to save energy and not have to open the door. Plus it can inventory items for you and make order suggestions. The Smart Hub has many apps and features, that I don't have enough space in this review to list. Who would have though that Samsung could create a fridge that the whole family likes and enjoys, but they have knocked it out of the ballpark.

I am really happy to have the opportunity to get try out the Samsung Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with Family Hub & Beverage Center Black Stainless Steel for a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. The style and look of the refrigerator have a very modern look. It has a triple and metal control cooling system. Top of the refrigerator is regulated at whatever temp you want. In the bottom two sections, one side is a freezer that can go below 0 degrees while the other side has a multifunction temperature control where you can set the temperature to freezing, beverage storage or fruits and vegetables. I love the ice cube dispenser and the two sizes is dispenses. There's a beverage area located on the inside which gives it a nice modern look. In the beverage area, the water pitcher can be auto filled as well as an infused water pitcher. It also has a water dispenser for cup or bottle use. It has great lighting inside of the refrigerator. The inside has a nice amount of space for groceries. The fridge has an alarm feature letting you know the doors are open which is great. The family hub is an amazing feature added. I love the camera feature inside of the refrigerator area. I can see what's inside without having to open the doors. Its like having a tablet on the fridge and works like one as well. The apps include fridge management, music apps, and even pops up recipe suggestions for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can create your own shopping list and have the fridge to recognize the food that's inside and you can modify it. The hub also connects to my Samsung phone for notifications and alerts. The New Samsung 4 Door Flex Refrigerator is back, and it is much better than before. It now has a sleeker design with a bunch of new added features and it just looks absolutely beautiful. We had owned the original Samsung 4 door Flex refrigerator and some of the features are the same on the this model such as the Family hub, which is essentially a giant tablet in your kitchen, along with a soundbar, to listen to your favorite tunes, along with Samsung Smartings and Smart Switch my two favorite applications. So, the new Samsung 4 Door Flex now features a beverage center instead of your traditional water and ice dispense and the best part is that is now comes with an auto filling water infusion pitcher. The beverage center is located before a panel door with a separate latch to open the panel to access your beverage center. The beverage center has space to place the pitcher and also has a water dispenser and also has quick access shelves for your beverages or other items. Instead of a traditional Ice dispenser, which used to take up a quite of bit of space in your refrigerator, Samsung went the old school style but with a a twist. The Ice maker has been moved into your freezer area with 2 different types of ice cubes. You have your regular ice cubes and now you have smaller bite size ice cubes and each in their own separate trays and there is plenty of it, so no more running out of ice. By moving the ice maker into the freezer compartment, it opened up a lot more space in the top fridge portion. The other cool feature of the new Samsung Flex is the UV deodorizing filter in the refrigerator compartment to get rid of any funky smells that may linger in your fridge from some foods. So, going back to the Samsung Smart things and Smart Switch applications on the family hub and I had mentioned that they were my favorite application and the reason for that that is because my other appliances are Samsung and are also smart. The Smartthings app allows me to bring all my appliances together into one place and I able to control everything from that family hub. I am able to load my laundry and start it and keep an eye on it from the app. I am also able to start and stop my robot vacuum cleaner from the app as well and I can do that will all my Samsung appliances. I have my front doorbell connected to the application as well, so if I am in the kitchen and someone rings my doorbell I can see who it is and talk to them right from there before going to the door. Look: This refrigerator looks very modern and elegant. Being the counter depth model, it seamlessly merges with cabinets. It looks very much like the pricier custom panel refrigerators. We were skeptical about lack of water dispenser at front initially. But we have come to love the new sleek finish. Features: The most used feature of this fridge is placed right on the front - it's the family hub. My kids are the biggest fans. The large screen provides ample space for them to express their artistic sides. The speech queries works. Want a to see a recipe - just ask the fridge. Want to listen to music while cooking - just ask the fridge. Want to check today's calendar - just ask the fridge. Want to control smart devices in the home - just tell the fridge. The refrigerator also has smarts to identify the contents inside the fridge and show how long it has been sitting inside the fridge. That is so useful. The refrigerator also suggests recipes based on contents of the fridge. You can also see inside the fridge - remotely - using SmartThings app. The object recogninition engine needs some more work. For exmaple the fridge correctly identified items like cheese box, avacados and grapes, it doesn't seem to read out the labels on the items, leading to incorrectly labelling yogurt container as alfredo sauce, cream cheese as olive, and box of tomatoes as canned fruits. But I firmly believe the ML powering this object recogninition will get better over time. The Family hub also makes meal planning and recipes a breeze. That simplfies the shopping lists by a magnitude and definitely saved us time and money by reducing amount of trips and extra buys. The other feature I like is the auto filling water dispenser. This summer it provided us with self replenishing source of cool and refreshing water. The ice dispensers are also nifty. The fridge came with a ice scoop - it was ready for bar duties! Thing that we haven't used heavily - FlexZone. And that's just because we have another fridge in the garage that we haven't run out of space yet. I am sure we will need it at some point of time. Regular usage: Ours is a vegetarian family - meaning lots and lots of greens and fruits. And so far everything we have thrown in the fridge - it is preserving them nicely. We cook a lot of ethic food (Indian). And the fridge has done a fanstastic job to not make milk smell like Tikka Masala. The fridge excels at keeping nice uniform temperature. Overall, Samsung delivered a Winner.

fully under warranty but out 1000.00 in food or a fourth of the cost of the fridge. technician came and literally said i dont know whats wrong and not sure when they are gonna be able to fix it. seriously i have a five year extended warranty but comeon this fridge died in 11 months. super upset

I'm so happy to have gotten the chance to try the new Samsung Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex refrigerator with Family Hub & Beverage Center at a discounted price. The look of the refrigerator is beautiful and I'm already in love. It's stainless steel with 4 doors and a family hub on it. The top part, which is the refrigerator, has a camera so you can see what you currently have in the fridge without opening it. I love the bins it came with because of the sturdiness. I don't think I will have to worry about them breaking unlike my old refrigerator. When I want a nice cold cup of water, all I must do is open the water section without opening the whole fridge to get a cup. The water that cam with the fridge has a water pitcher and it has the option of automatic fill which is great. Right next to the pitcher is a water dispenser section if you want to fill up a cup or bottle. The vegetable and fruit bins are crisp control, so you produce last longer. The freezer has two sides and come with sturdy bins as well. The left side is where ice is produced whether you want small cubes or medium cubes. You can have you ice automatic fill and once it's full you have the option to turn the automatic option off. The right side of the freezer temperature can be adjust to freeze or normal temperature which is amazing and very versatile. The hub has many aspects to it from watching anything from your phone, playing music and adding family photos to it. It also pops up random recipes you can cook if you're not sure what's for dinner. You can create a shopping list and the fridge also tells you when you need to go grocery shopping. I like how I was able to link the refrigerator to my phone with 'smart things.' This refrigerator is the future and I'm enjoying it.

First my apologies for taking so long, family issues. Now for the report, I must say is the best thing we have on our kitchen. The refrigerator is excellent in technology and as a refrigerator. Practically you can have 3 compartments, we decided to have it as 2 as a normal refrigerator. The bottom as a freezer and top as refrigerator. You can adjust half the bottom to as a refrigerator or wine cooler or a freezer. That was just awesome, actual I have everything Samsung. I can watch my TV on the refrigerator with just the Wi-Fi. You can play music add pictures , even has different apps to add. When you are outside and doing groceries you can see from your phone what you have inside your refrigerator. Do not have to be calling kids to check if we still have milk. The looks is amazing everyone that walks into the house they love the refrigerator especially me adding personal pictures in the screen. This refrigerator was the missing piece from making our kitchen AWESOME. Space wise is bigger than we thought, now we have more space than we use to. The wife loves it she plays her music from refrigerator and watches her "novelas" in the refrigerator while cooking. My actual feeling is that I did not think I would have been so excited by a refrigerator. I definitely recommend it at 1000%, thank you for this opportunity.

Refrigerator with Family Hub

We've only had our refrigerator for a few days but we are already thoroughly impressed. This by far is the largest refrigerator that I've ever owned and I don't think we can go back to anything smaller. We have a dark cabinets and lighter granite countertops, so aesthetically, it's very pleasing to the eye. It has a sleek and minimalist look and we love it! We have a very large family so we easily buy 5-6 juices and at least 3 gallons of milk. All of which can fit in the refrigerator, with space for much more! With our precious refrigerator, at best, I could get only 1 gallon of milk and maybe 2-3 cartons of juice. I like that I don't have to re-arrange items so that they can fit. Everything fits effortlessly. Another feature that we love is the beverage center! It has a pitcher that allows you to diffuse tea and other items. The freezer has an option for two types of ice. Larger cubes and smaller cubes. It also comes with a scooper, so that people aren't digging their hands in it. I think that is super convenient. The side shelving is spacious enough for all our condiments and we still have room left over. I also forgot to mention that it comes with a UV deodorizer. Such a fantastic, hygienic feature that none of our other refrigerators had. I am impressed that the bottom compartments can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer just by adjusting the dials. The only downfall of the refrigerator is that it picks up every single fingerprint, being that it is matte, so be prepared with a soft cloth to wipe throughout the day. Especially if you have small kids or teenagers. Last but certainly not least, we can't get enough of the Family Hub. It certainly has too many features to list, but our favorites are the meal planner, grocery list, Pandora, and Spotify. I love that we you can select from different images to display and if you can't find an image that you like you can upload your own images from your phone. You have the ability to write with your finger and add silly notes. Very cool feature for the kids! Overall, it's a fantastic refrigerator and definitely, money well spent!

I'm Falling In Love With It More and More Each Day

This Samsung fridge is an epitome of form meets function. It is a very modern looking fridge with all the bells and whistles one could ever want and more. I love the exterior which is made of black stainless steel with a built-in screen that exudes luxury and state-of-the-art. The built-in tech will satisfy even the most discriminating tech savvy person like myself. Gone are the handles on the doors. This gives it a minimalist look but very functional. I thought the interior is very well designed and well thought-out with adjustable shelves to allow for flexibility in organizing items. The interior LED lighting makes everything bright and easy to see. The beverage center which has two options: an internal water dispenser and a built-in water pitcher that automatically refills so water is always available at an instant. Better yet, the water pitcher can be controlled via a built-in app; meaning I can turn it on or off. I love the fact that, with Flexzone technology, I can customize the lower right storage space to be used as either a refrigerator or freezer when needed. The flexibility of this fridge is amazing. One of the many cool features of the fridge is the built-in cameras which give me the ability to view the inside of the fridge locally or remotely without physically opening it. This capability is very useful when grocery shopping, and my wife was in awe the first time she used it. Samsung has done an excellent job of creating a product that meets the needs of everyone in the family. Many of the advance features of the fridge are found on the 21" touch screen. There is a variety of apps to choose from, and I love how Samsung makes my life so much more convenient by integrating the Ring app in its software. I linked up my Ring account and was amazed as how robust the app works. When someone rings the Ring video door bell, the video pops up on the refrigerator's built-in screen with sound, and the microphone is activated allowing both parties to converse just like on the phone app. It's so useful when you're cooking and able to see who's at the door before answering it. Overall, this fridge has more than met my expectations. There are still many possibilities to explore with this fridge that I am actually looking forward to. I would definitely recommend this fridge.

I've been using the Samsung Family Hub 4-Door Flex fridge for about 3 weeks now and I've thoroughly impressed. My family is really into tech, and this fridge has everything we expected from a top of the line smart fridge. Setup The fridge was plug and play like any other fridge. The SmartHub however required about 20 minutes of setup. Most of this time was spent linking all my accounts - Google Home, Ring Alarm, Amazon Alexa, August locks, Philips Hue, Spotify, etc. The software is very intuitive and is basically a giant tablet on your fridge door with speakers. Widgets and apps are easy to move and create. There is a homescreen and additional screens that can be set up with different widgets and apps layouts. Using the SmartThings app, I was easily able to upload photos and videos to the fridge from my phone. I can easily control my lights, robot vacuum, unlock and lock doors, and check my security camera by using the widgets. Flexibility The bottom right compartment of the fridge can be temperature controlled from the SmartThings app to be either a freezer or a fridge depending on need. The veggie crisper can be changed to a meat compartment within the app. The fridge can make two types of ice that can be turned on and off from the app. There is a power cooling mode that can be turned on to cool the items faster. View inside There are 3 fisheye cameras inside the fridge that allows me to look into the fridge to see what is inside. This is particularly helpful when I'm at the grocery store and I need to quick glance to see if I have enough beers. Other One of my favorite functions of the fridge is the beverage center. The water jug has a built in infuser and auto fills when the sensor detects that it's not full. This speeds up my water filling ritual as I drink lots of water every day. There is also a press nozzle if you like to dispense water the old fashioned way. I would highly recommend this fridge to all my family and friends. I show this fridge off to all my friends when they come over.

I am loving all the freezer space and how much more organized I can get this refrigerator compared to my old one. The LED lighting is awesome I don't have to struggle to find things because of lighting. I never thought I wanted a refrigerator with a family hub but I love it! I am constantly playing music through the apps. I am also loving the beverage center the only thing about it that I loved about the old one is that I could get my water and ice from the same place but there's an extra step with this one we have to get the ice from the freezer which is only a problem when we're in a rush otherwise it's always stocked with lots of ice and that was something that I had problems with my old one we always ran out of ice. I have a love hate for the 2 min notification when the door is left open I love that it is calming tone not a loud alarm, I also love that it notifies us if someone has not closed the door completely but I hate that I can't silence it for very long while putting away groceries. So far this refrigerator is great!

In remodeling my kitchen this summer, I wanted to make sure my appliances were all smart. The 23 cu. ft. The New and Improved Samsung 4 Door Flex!!!!

They have done it!!! Samsung has created (my opinion) the perfect refrigerator. This is the new and much improved Samsung 4 Door flex. So, I was fortunate enough to test out both the older version and the new and improved version that Samsung just released. My old 4 door flex worked great without and issues but there were a few complaints in the older model that Samsung has addressed with the new model and let me say that we absolutely love it. So, some of the features of this refrigerator are the same as the previous 4 door flex such as the Family Hub with Smart Things, built-in speaker, WIFI and the internal cameras, but what Samsung has improved upon with this new unit is the beverage center, Ice maker, and the built-in UV deodorizing and a lot more space. Even though I never encountered any issues with my Ice maker on my older refrigerator, I did have one gripe and that was not enough ice and I guess other had encountered issues with the ice dispenser not working properly or freezing over. To fix the issue of freezing over and not enough Ice, Samsung went some what of the traditional route of bringing back the ice trays but with a twist. Now you have two fairly large bins of Ice, one for the cubed and the other for "Bite". The new Ice maker still works like a normal ice maker where you have trays that fill up with water and once its frozen it dumps them into the dispenser, but now it dumps them into the bins and this time there is plenty of Ice to go around and I think it works out better this way, because it opened up a lot more space due to not having the large ice maker taking up space. The other improvement over the previous model is the addition of the beverage center, which includes an auto filling water pitcher with a built-in infuser and your water dispense tucked behind a quick access panel. The addition of the water pitcher is a really cool feature along with the infuser, makes water taste great. This other feature is new altogether, the UV deodorizing filter. Now to see if this filter actually worked, warmed up some fish and left it in the fridge to see if my fridge would have that fishy smell and to my surprise it actually worked well. Not only did my fridge not stink, but you could not smell anything. Overall, I think Samsung did an outstanding job with the new Samsung 4 door flex, my family absolutely loves the new refrigerator with new beverage center, dual ice maker, UV deodorizer and much more space and also still making our lives a

Got a fridge a month ago and loving it so far. I thought the family hub is for nerd like me but my family ended it using it a lot specially on the calendar app. I use the water jar feature more than I anticipated.

First of all I just want to say that I am a loyal Samsung consumer. I purchase their phones, TVs, and appliances. I've had a Samsung fridge in the past and while it did have a few issues, I knew not to venture out to another brand. This fridge is absolutely amazing and my favorite one yet. The beverage center is a brilliant feature and allows you to grab fresh water or a soda without opening the main doors. We have a big freezer in our garage, so we use the flex zone as a fridge to keep our fresh meat separate from the rest of our produce and only use the bottom left side as a freezer (for our ice cream!). Another reviewer left a low rating because they were not pleased with the apps and phone compatibility which I think is unfair because it sounds like they have an iPhone. Come on! Obviously this is going to work better with a Samsung device. Plus Samsung is better than Apple anyway so jump on bandwagon and get a Galaxy phone! So far, the apps work great and we love using the timer feature because it makes cooking a breeze! You can have multiple timers going at once and give them custom names. It syncs with my Google calendar, Ring cameras and smart lights. It really is the perfect smart hub! Another reviewer gave it only 1 star because it was dented in shipping which in my opinion is also unfair. These reviews are for the product and if the shipper damaged the product please don't give Samsung a bad review! Overall, I am completely satisfied with my purchase and wanted to leave this review to tell others to ignore those bad ratings. They were based on unfair assessments. It is in a higher price range, but it is definitely worth your money if you are someone like me who is particular about refrigerators.

dont buy this refriderator! it's not worth the money. the mirror function doesn't work with the newest tv. the family hub instructions are not for this upgraded refrigerator which makes a lot of the amenities not available. the pandora app freezes a lot. a lot of the installed apps you don't use and you can't install apps you do use. definitely not the refrigerator for apple iphone users. this has truly been a letdown especially since i waited for my refrigerator to arrive after being on back order. contacting the help chat line was useless they could not help me mirror my samsung tv to my samsung refrigerator. both items are the newest series.
