Purchased the washer dryer 4 months ago. Washer works ok but the dryer does not dry clothes or towels all the way. Because they are not dried all the way they come out wrinkled. Guess its energy efficient

Not a great dryer 3/20/2023

I bought this a month ago when the burner kicks on it sounds like a blow torch had lg come out and look at it and they said thats how its supposed to sound. I replaced a dryer from the 90s that used to dry a load in an hour this dryer takes 90mins and the clothes are still damp. I would choose any other brand if you want your clothes dry and not have a dryer that sounds like a flame thrower.

Dryer works well and has a variety of settings. But just a few things would improve it 1. Cant seem to adjust the settings but making a setting hotter or cooler. 2. Lint trap is not designed well. Why make it harder to clean the screen by having nooks and cranies? My previous dryer had one continuous screen. 3. Cant connect to my wifi. My computer connects to the internet in proximity to the dryer. Yet app doesnt want to connect.

GREAT DRYER - BUT A LITTLE CONFUSING

I bought this together with the stackable dryer. They are great in every way including good looks. I read on the web site that there is a rebate for the machines and the installation. I have not been able to find it on the LG site and I have inquired twice by phone but those nice people cant find it either.

Who moved my drum light?

I would give this dryer 5 stars if it had light in the drum. Without light its impossible to pick out specific articles of clothing to remove them from a cycle. Too dark in there. My previous LG washer/dryer set lasted 12 years. I understand this is sort of a miracle these days so I replaced them with a new LG set. Very happy so far. Its quiet has a large door and the panel is somewhat easier to read with larger type than the previous model. Love the steam feature for getting wrinkles out and refreshing clothes and linens. For me the Wi-Fi feature is meh but I can see how itd be useful if the dryer was in the basement for example. Id trade Wi-Fi for a drum light anytime.

Best Gas Dryer ever

Love this dryer

Purchased this dryer 2 weeks ago to replace an old Sears dryer I was so happy when it arrived to see it The matched my 6 year old LG washer. Love the pedestals under both/ great for storage. My clothes come out basically wrinkle free and my towels warm fluffy and completely dry

Good decision buying this dryer

After doing some research and reading several reviews I am so glad that we made a good decision buying and LG dryer We love the features and multiple settings that are offered. The WiFi feature allows me to know when my clothes are finished drying and allows me to control the dryer from my living room. We like that the dryer responds to the laundry load and does not over dry the clothing. We love the modern look of the appliance and how quiet it is. The delivery installation and disposal of our old dryer was seemless. We feel good about buying a 3 year service and parts plan from the place where we purchased the dryer Best Buy.

Easy to use and quiet

Weve had our washer dryer for 2 weeks. They were both easy to connect to Wi-Fi and start using immediately. I enjoy the notifications and love that theyre both quiet since the laundry room is right next my home office. So far we couldnt be happier with this set

Great machine

I am very particular about my laundry and we always buy good quality washers and dryers. This specific unit went way above my expectations. It does an amazing job on different sizes of loads and different materials It is also so very quiet. You never even know its running.

The peace of mind dryer

I have less and less time to dedicate to making sure my clothes towels bedding etc. are completely dry. There is nothing worse ok there is but the dryer cycle ending without completely drying your items is super frustrating I cant sit and babysit my dryer to make sure my items arent damp I no longer have this problem and I am thrilled. My dryer has been drying all items for exactly the amount of time necessary to achieve complete dryness Its a great feeling to know that you dont have to do double duty it gets it right every time Its so quiet too I love doing laundry

Speedy wash

I both this about July 4 2022 washes well. The best feature is the speed wash. Love it because as quick as 15 minutes your wash is done. It does have a loud hum sound but it does not bother me as the washer is in the basement. So far no problem its been only 2 months of use. I will update if I have issues. So far so good.

Stopped Drying Clothes in Normal Cycle Default

The drying worked well for the first 6 months. Then it stopped drying clothes in the default Normal cycle. Upon investigating I noticed that the Energy Saver light was on and the gas was not lighting. When I changed the heat setting the energy saver light turned off and the dryer worked as normal. I didnt make any changes to the dryer settings and there is no way to turn off the default for energy saver. I owned an LG dryer for 10 years prior to this new one and it worked flawlessly the entire time.

I love that it notifies me when the dryer cycle is over. If you want your clothes really dry dial the really dry option otherwise the load comes out just a tad damp...It does a really good job. The error codes notified me that the flow was down 90. I found that the person who installed the dry vent outdoors left the screen on the vent which is a no-no. Because it told me and shut down I did not waste energy trying to dry clothes with minimal airflow and it may have saved the dryer and stopped a fire
