We have been waiting since the middle of August for the doors to our "new" fridge. When it was delivered, there are dents in the middle drawer, handle screw bent and scratches. Waiting on new doors. would not replace. First delivery was to our neighbor. No time limit on when we will get the new doors. I love the fridge but we bought a new one not a dent and scratch fridge. We weren't told about two different types of delivery either.

We purchased this refrigerator to replace another 26.3 cu.ft unit from a different brand. This one has virtually no wasted space like the old one. It is so practically designed with such useful features like the convertible crisper drawers, snack drawers and the middle drawer being able to go from fridge space to freezer space. I really can't get over how much room I have left compared to my old refrigerator! It is also very sleek looking and quiet. I just hope it lasts many years.

We love our new refrigerator, it looks beautiful in our kitchen! I™€™m so glad we got the ice an water in the door and although it seems like something minor, the shape and size of the ice cubes are perfect, so much better than our old Samsung, we™€™ve even gotten comments on them. The only thing we™€™re waiting on is a tech to come out and show us how to change the flex drawer from refrigerator to freezer. The water filter is also easily accessed and the lighting is perfect when you open the refrigerator doors. It looks beautiful open or closed.

We decided to shop for a replacement refrigerator. We didn™€™t have any specific brand we wanted but we felt the our current one had a few issues. The ice maker was extremely loud and we wanted something different. When we discovered Oasis Home Center , we were greeted by the salesperson Roy. He answered all the questions we had and offered us a great deal for the unit we looked at. After deciding what we wanted , we were contacted and made arrangements for delivery and set up. The two employees who brought our refrigerator to us were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. They worked together and got it set up so quickly! Very pleased with them both. We have had the unit now for a week or so and LOVE it!! All the concerns we had are no longer an issue. Top quality refrigerator and I feel we had EXCELLENT service ! We will definitely use Oasis for future purchases .

It takes up the same amount of space in my kitchen as my old side-by-side, but there™€™s SO much more room inside! Whoever designed the interior is a genius. My old fridge always looked crammed full, but when I transferred the contents into the new fridge, it looks half empty. The middle drawer is a dream. The freezer sliding baskets are so convenient, and I can now organize the freezer with the baskets and divider. The whole unit is super quiet, even when it™€™s making ice. The closing drawers are a little louder than the main doors. Bonus™€¦my magnets stick to it (I was told that stainless steel wouldn™€™t hold magnets). Note the front is shiny and the sides are not, they™€™re just a dark textured gray. Mine is not between cabinets, so the one dark side shows, but still looks great.Also note, it takes 24 hours to completely cool down, and the fridge compartment cools first, then the freezer, so the freezer still felt warm for the first few hours, but be patient, it will all be good in 24 hours. Make sure you plan for that amount of time when storing your old fridge and freezer contents elsewhere.I had narrowed down my choices online between this Frigidaire model and a very similar Whirlpool. At the store, my husband said the Whirlpool felt ™€œflimsier™€ when he opened the doors. This one is a winner. I feel like i got a fabulous upgrade.

I really love my fridge. It replaced a Samsung, which was an unruly beast with weird configurations. I love so many things about this fridge. The little deli pockets in the main compartment that now hold string cheese and lunch fixing. The flexi drawers that I™€™ve flipped around so I can just reach in whenever I need a lime instead of opening a drawer. The expandable door shelf that plays nice with my wine bottles. The cold boost options for fridge and freezer during grocery time. All fantastic. My only quibbles: the water door leaves little space for actual storage in the door shelves. And the ice maker has a tiny capacity (but adorable ice cubes that fit in any water bottle. I almost got the version of this that had 2 ice makers because we use so much ice in our family, but we also have a family that uses the snack drawer multiple times a day, so snacks won out. All-in-all, a fantastic fridge.

I have had this refrigerator for 4 months and love it. It has a lot of storage space and flexibility. The freezer section is huge and we have had no trouble fitting things in it. We use the middle drawer for beverages and meat. The only issue we have had is with the ice maker. I think ice got caught in it, causing it to drip and run down the front of the fridge. However, once more ice was made, it stopped dripping. I highly recommend this refrigerator.
