Ordered my new fridge from NFM and it was delivered 2 days later. Got it set up in about an hour, filled with food the next day and everything's been great. Ice maker is a little slow if that matters to you.

It is much smaller then my old fridge but I couldn't find one that was 35 inches. I saw in the reviews people were complaining about the ice maker, it states in about 24 hrs it should start making ice. It only took 8hrs for me and I have had no problem. My only negative is that the entire fridge is not stainless.

I like the appearance and color. Functions well. Drawers are easy to remove and clean. Directly purchase from manufacturer saved some money but resulted in delayed delivery and the product was damaged during delivery. We called them and they replaced it. Door hinges are poorly designed. The doors swing open unless you hold the door. Ice maker is a little noisy. Hope this review is helpful.

I bought this refrigerator in 2022. I have had nothing but problems ever since. I've had at least 4 service calls to fix the noise it makes trying to keep the freezer cold and it has only gotten worse. I called on Thursday and spoke to customer service rep and told I was having the same, exact issue I have had since I bought this thing. She offered a discount for yet another service call which I refused to take. Why should I continue to pay for these guys to come out for the same problem that they never completely fix? I demanded to talk to a supervisor who kept saying over and over again that it was out of warranty and their only options were to keep sending out service techs. I told her that this needs to be replaced as I am spending hundreds of dollars to repair a model that is not even three years old. She refused to replace it saying once again that it is out of warranty. I told her that it is the same problem I had when it WAS in warranty and it has never been fixed. She offered a 50% discount for the service call after I have already spent hundreds of dollars on the previous calls including one that was $350. Then she offered me a 20% discount if I buy a new refrigerator. I responded with, "ARE YOU SERIOUS??!!!" You want me to pay $1600 for the one I bought just a few years ago with another $500 in service calls that never fixed the problem, and now you want me to go and spend ANOTHER $1600 for a new one with a measly $320 discount? How about no, I'm not doing that. How about selling me a refrigerator that works? Finally, she said she will send another technician out on Monday. She also told me to then wait for a few weeks after they come and buy an extended warranty. After that, I should wait a few more weeks and then call back to see if they can exchange it for a new one. WHAT??? Buy an extended warranty just so you can get even more money with you before you finally do the right thing and get me a refrigerator that works? HOW DO YOU EVEN JUSTIFY THAT? Ridiculous. Since that call, the fridge started beeping every five minutes in the middle of the night with a HIGH TEMP warning light. When I went to look at what the new problem was, I saw that my laminate floor in the kitchen was flooded with water from the fridge and was now seeping close to my hardwood floors. I cleaned up the mess and reset the light, only for it to keep coming back on and beeping the entire night leaving the floor flooded with water. I called the next morning and was told to unplug the fridge for 10 minutes and then plug it back in to solve the problem. Um, okay, that sounds really high tech but sure, no problem. Well, that worked for about an hour until the beeping started again with the HIGH TEMP light which meant that I have spent the last two days with countless towels to try and prevent my two floors from complete ruin. Oh yeah, today is Saturday and Frigidaire is closed, so I can't even call anyone to get help.This whole experience and your customer service is deplorable. This should have been replaced three service calls ago. I called Sears today because I had bought it from them and they said that both of my problems are KNOWN ISSUES with this refrigerator. When I did a search on the internet, I saw MULTIPLE PEOPLE with the EXACT, SAME PROBLEMS with this fridge. Gee, go figure. To top this off, both of the stainless steel handles that open and closed the fridge have completely deteriorated, leaving metal flakes in my hands and my son's hands every time we grab the handles. We now use oven mitts or a towel to grab the handles. Priceless.The way I was treated on the phone was totally unacceptable. You acted like I was calling to just get a new fridge after a couple of years. That could not be any further from the trust. I had my last one for over 20 years with ZERO service calls or problems. That's all I wanted when I bought this one. NO ONE should have to go through what I have. I'm in sales, and if one of my employees treated a customer this way, they would have been let go. At some point, Frigidaire needs to just own up to the fact that this model is DEFECTIVE. Period, full stop. I've already paid way more than I did when I bought it with all of the service calls while pushing my anxiety to a very unsafe, unhealthy limit.Think twice before buying one of their models. No matter how discounted the price may be, nothing is worth this. Nothing.

Works like a proper fridge should. Love the ice/water dispenser. Only gripe so far is the freezer, I'm not used to a side by side and we tend to freeze a lot of items, but I feel like there's no convenient way to stack stuff. Otherwise works like it should, beautiful color, satisfied overall.

This is a good side-by-side. The black stainless seems to be fingerprint resistant and the unit has wheels for ease of movement. Where I think this model could be improved: the light should be in the back of the refrigerator, not in the middle of the top. Taller things need to go on either side of it. Needs a deli drawer. Could use an additional bin on the door. Water and ice dispenser spills need to be soaked up with a towel.

Overall impression is "cheap manufacturing". Holes in the cabinet rear, filled with insulation and covered with tape; significant dents in sheet metal; crack in lower rear cover; sticky spray insulation residue left on case exterior in several places; doors completely misaligned from factory. The plastic protective film covering the doors is impossible to completely remove. It shreds and leaves many small pieces sticking out from behind the door seals, where human fingers cannot remove it all.

I had the fridge for a week and no issues. It is much quieter than prior appliance and provides more space. The only improvement would be adding a meat drawer which I may add in the future

This fridge is perfect. I didn™™t think we could get a fridge that didn™™t have a ton of features anymore. This one has water and ice maker on the outside, and is compact for a household for two. I wish it had a deli drawer, but there are plenty of fridge organizers that let me tailor the fridge to my liking.

This side-by-side model is working well for our household of two. The ice-maker is yielding plenty of cubes and cooling and freezing is excellent. More flexibility in spacking of shelving would be helpful but it not a big deal.

Writing this review my fridge it not hooked up as of yet, the company I used to purchase could not deliver inside my home so they left it in the driveway. Stating its to big and with the packaging and the strap system they use it was not possible. I knew it was because my old fridge was bigger. I hired a team who unwrapped it and brought it inside.I have family members who love Frigidaire so I went with them after having so many problems with my samsung. I think I will love it to once installed
